Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website timescore.app and of the Timescore mobile application (jointly, the “Service”) provided by Timescore Live by Lorenzo Balsano (“Timescore”, “we”, “us”). For legal communications relating to the Service you can write to hello@timescore.app.

By using the Service, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept even one of the clauses, please do not use the Service.

The outcome shown in the Service has no official value: for the settlement of any winnings, only the receipt issued by the licensed operator with which you placed the bet is authoritative.

Timescore does not act as a tipster, does not provide gaming, financial or investment advice, does not guarantee winnings and does not invite anyone to place bets. The statistics, alerts, summaries, AnalyX pre-match statistics (historical percentages, screener, comparison and team pages) and the curated selections published by Timescore in the Community serve only an informational, editorial and personal organisation purpose.

The curated selections published by Timescore in the Community are editorial readings and selections to monitor: they do not constitute a promise of results, a solicitation to gamble or a guarantee of future accuracy. Any decision of the user remains independent and under the user's sole responsibility.

The Community also contains slips published by other users. These are user-generated content: Timescore does not check it in advance, does not endorse it as its own and does not guarantee its accuracy. Its presence in the Service does not constitute a suggestion, advice or endorsement by Timescore.

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Use the Service in compliance with Italian law and with the regulations applicable in your country of residence;
• Use the Service only in connection with lawful activities and, where applicable, activities carried out with operators authorised in the territory where you are located;
• Provide truthful information if you decide to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that turn out to be held by minors or used in breach of these Terms.

You undertake to use the Service solely for its intended purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• Use the Service in breach of laws, regulations or third-party rights;
• Attempt to access features or data you are not authorised to access, including decompiling or reverse engineering the app;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service (e.g. DoS attacks, mass scraping, circumvention of technical limits);
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others;
• Use the Service for unauthorised commercial activities, including the resale or redistribution of data;
• Use the Service to promote, solicit or organise gaming activities or the collection of bets;
• Represent the Service as if it were an authorised gaming operator or create expectations of winning.

The slips and data you upload to the Service (“User Content”) remain your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free and revocable licence to process your User Content for the sole purpose of providing you with the Service (e.g. OCR recognition, saving slips, matching with live data).

Your User Content is private by default. If you choose to publish a slip in the Community, it remains yours but becomes visible to other users of the Service, including those without an account: for that slip you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display it, reproduce it and allow other users to copy it to their Home, together with the nickname and avatar of your public profile. The licence serves only to make the Community work and ends when you withdraw the slip from publication, without prejudice to copies already made by other users before the withdrawal.

Timescore may remove or hide published content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or contrary to these Terms, even without a report.

You warrant that you have the right to upload the User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including name, logo, graphical interface, source code, editorial content and databases, belong to Timescore or its respective licensors. No provision of these Terms shall be construed as a transfer of such rights to the user.

The curated selections, texts and rankings published by Timescore in the Community are editorial content of Timescore or of the respective rights holders. You may not resell them, republish them outside the Service or exploit them commercially without written authorisation.

We strive to keep the Service continuously available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, errors or delays. The Service depends on third-party providers (live sports data, OCR, hosting, OAuth providers) whose malfunctions may affect the Service.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, with reasonable notice where possible.

Slip digitisation relies on artificial intelligence based optical recognition technologies. Despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, the result may contain errors (e.g. matches, odds or predictions read inaccurately). It is your responsibility to check and correct the digitised data before saving it, comparing it with the original paper receipt.

The match results and live events shown in the Service come from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such data. Do not use live data as the sole basis for financial or gaming decisions. In the event of any discrepancy between the data shown in the Service and the official data, the official data of the competent body shall always prevail.

The curated selections published in the Community may also be based on sports data, statistics and fixture availability that are subject to changes, delays or errors by third-party providers.

The odds shown in the Service, for example in the AnalyX pre-match comparison, come from third-party providers and are updated at intervals: they may be delayed, incomplete or different from those available at that moment. They are shown for information purposes only, do not indicate where to bet and do not constitute an invitation to gamble or the promotion of any gaming operator.

The AnalyX chat replies with texts generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model, based on the statistical data of the Service. The answers may contain errors, are not advice or guaranteed predictions and do not constitute an invitation to gamble: always assess the information you receive yourself. The number of messages per day depends on your plan and may be changed. Do not write in the chat any personal data that is not needed for your question.

The weather conditions shown for matches are forecasts or observations from third-party providers (MET Norway) and refer to the stadium area: they may be inaccurate or change up to kick-off. The referee statistics, such as the card average, are calculated by us from the matches archived in the Service and may be incomplete. They are context information, for information purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Timescore shall not be liable for:

• Gaming decisions, stakes, bets or financial losses that the user makes or incurs on the basis of the information shown in the Service;
• Errors in data digitised through OCR or in live results provided by third parties;
• Interruptions, slowdowns or unavailability of the Service;
• Indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity;
• Unauthorised use of the user's account due to the user's own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Timescore's liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or in cases where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law (in particular, towards consumers under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Consumer Code).

The Service can be used as a guest and offers a free Registered account and a Premium plan. Livescore, the Matches section, slip history, statistics and Community remain available to everyone, with no time limit. Premium unlocks AnalyX without limits.

Guest use allows up to 2 slips per day and 2 matches per day with the full AnalyX card. The Registered account has no slip limit and allows 5 matches per day with the full AnalyX card. The Community is fully visible in every plan, including the curated selections published by Timescore. Premium removes the daily AnalyX counter and unlocks its advanced features.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: €9.99/month or €79.99/year. The annual plan saves money compared with the monthly plan renewed for 12 months. The price may change with the notice provided by the store; changes do not affect the period already paid for.

A 14-day Premium trial is included when you create your account, only once per account. The trial is free, does not require a card or any other payment instrument and does not renew: at the end, the account goes back to a free Registered account, with no charges and no need to cancel. During the trial or afterwards you can subscribe from the store at the stated price; the subscription starts from the moment of purchase, without any further trial period.

Accounts created before 11 October 2026 had Premium included until 15 October 2026 at 23:59, with no card required: that period counts as their trial, and after that date the account is a free Registered account.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds of mobile subscriptions are managed by the store. Timescore does not store card data or payment instrument data.

Deleting your Timescore account does not automatically cancel an active subscription: the user must cancel it from the store settings. If you create a new account with the same store account, you will be able to use the purchase restore functions provided by the store.

As a consumer you may exercise the rights provided for by applicable law, including the right of withdrawal where provided for by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. For in-app purchases, however, the operational handling of withdrawal, cancellations and refunds takes place through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective rules and procedures.

For digital content or digital services made available immediately, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by law, for example when performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement of the possible loss of the right of withdrawal.

For the Premium trial included with the account no payment is due and there is nothing to cancel or refund. From the first charge of a subscription, the withdrawal and refund rules of the store through which you subscribed apply.

Timescore promotes a mindful use of the Service. If you choose to gamble with third-party operators, do so only where permitted by law, with authorised operators and by setting time and budget limits. If gambling causes distress, loss of control or negative financial consequences, stop the activity and seek help from qualified support services.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment of publication, unless otherwise indicated. In the event of material changes we will give reasonable notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and close your account.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Palermo, without prejudice, for users who qualify as consumers, to the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of their place of residence or elected domicile, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.

Before taking any formal action, we invite you to contact us at hello@timescore.app to seek an amicable solution.

Pursuant to Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that consumers may submit a complaint through the European online dispute resolution platform, available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

• If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and effective.
• Failure to exercise a right provided for by these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• You may not assign your rights or obligations under the Terms without our prior written consent.
• To the extent permitted by law, the user undertakes to indemnify and hold Timescore harmless from any claims or demands arising from unlawful or abusive use, or use contrary to these Terms.
